The Office of Development and Planning (ODP) is one of the most intellectual administrative departments of Beijing Normal University (BNU). Instead of dealing with routine administrative affairs, ODP is responsible for developing strategic plan & reform plan.

ODP is focused on initiating innovations on administration, such as extending new campus, setting up new colleges, promoting inter-disciplinary research and so on. ODP is playing more and more important role in building BNU into an international first class university.
